Vancouver Symphony of Fire - Vancouver

Canada plays host to the annual Vancouver Symphony of Fire, which is known as the largest fireworks competition in the world.  Held in the height of summer over four sultry nights, an estimated 1.4 million gather to cheer at the friendly international competition. In Vancouver, the crowds gather at English Bay, Kitsilano, Vanier Park, and Jericho Beach to see the theatrical explosions and hear the music choreographed to compliment the lights.  This years festival events are free and the fireworks go off rain or shine.
