Ananda Pagoda Festival - Bagan

From: December 27 To January 07
Location: Burma (Myanmar)

At this festival you will find a wide variety of cultural events. Popular movies will be playing in the open air courts, play performances throughout the festival, and a vast selection of handcrafted local goods to peruse.  There are also different kinds of entertainment known as “Zats”, which is a variety of dances, songs, short and long plays, and “Anyeints”, a play-parody of social events that usually lasts a couple of hours.
