Wat Phu Festival - Champasak

Location: Laos

Organized to celebrate the full moon, this is your classic Laos festival. Lasting four days you will find traditional music and dance as well as a trade show showcasing products from Laos and the neighboring countries. But what you may not have expected to find are elephant races, buffalo bouts and cock fighting.
