This is Samoa in the raw. You will find every flavor of traditional Samoa via weaving, carving, and dancing displays with canoe and fautasi (long boats) races to bring in the excitement. Samoan cricket tournaments and a floral parade follow on the weekend that includes a beauty pageant. And be sure not to miss the fire-knife dance that can be rivaled by non-other.
